Scheduled Updates of Monitoring Objects

Scheduled updates enables automatic updates of data and credit check on monitoring objects. The updates can be selective so that only active customers that has relevant/important changes are processed.

Field name	Description
Code	Specifies the unique code for the scheduled update.
Datasource code	If specified, the update will only include monitoring object created from the datasource.
Country Code Filter	If specified, the update will only include monitoring objects with country code within the filter.
Object Type	If specified, the update will only include monitoring objects with a matching type.
Sub Type Filter	If specified, the update will only include monitoring objects with a matching type (e.g. LTD, AB etc.).
Description	Specifies the description of the update.
Relation Type	If specified, the update will only include monitoring objects with a matching relation type (e.g. related to a customer).
Calculate Active Customer/Vendor	If specified, a calculation is performed to decide if the monitoring object is related to an active customer or vendor. Click here to learn about the definition of an active customer/vendor.
Only Process Active Customer/Vendor	If specified, ony active customers/vendors are included in the update.
Check Changes	If specified, Creditsafe will be queried if the monitoring object has changes of any kind, what kind of changes these are and on which dates. New (newer than last report date on the monitoring object) changes on change groups that shoudl trigger new report data and/or credit check can trigger a report data download or a credit check. Report Data	Specifies if report data should be downloaded and if the download only should occur when there are new changes on change groups that trigger a report data download.
Credit Check	Specifies if a credit check shall be performed and if that should only occur when there are new changes on change groups that trigger a credit check.
Update Block/Limit Suggestion	Specifies if new or changed block/limit suggestions should be created automatically by the scheduled update.
Scheduled	Specifies if the scheduled update has been scheduled by a Job Queue Entry.
Earliest Start Date/Time	Specifies the earliest start date/time of the associated Job Queue Entry.

Action	Description
New Job Queue Entry	Creates a Job Queue Entry that will run the scheduled update.
Run Once (foreground)	Runs the scheduled update in the client.
Job Queue Entry	Opens the associated Job Queue Entry.
